Spatter-Cote 100-Xtra

Spatter-Cote 100-Xtra is a mixture comprised of corrosion inhibitors, mineral oil, & non-stick polymers designed to protect tools, forms, screeds, back end of ready-mix trucks, portable batch plants, highway concrete paving equipment, and many other types of tools & equipment from concrete spatter. Coated equipment allows for concrete spatter to be washed away with water saving time & expenses on ‘non-revenue generating’ labor spent cleaning build-up on equipment and tools not coated. Regular use of Spatter-Cote 100-Xtra will keep equipment clean and free from build-up of concrete spatter. Spatter-Cote 100-Xtra is also able to aid in slowly removing build-up already present on equipment previously not coated. Spatter-Cote Armor-Xtra is an eco-friendly mixture comprised of corrosion inhibitors & non-stick polymers offering the same performance & protection from the build-up of concrete spatter as the Spatter-Cote 100-Xtra but with considerably lower VOC levels. Spatter-Cote Armor-Xtra meets & exceeds all Federal & states (including CA & OTC states) VOC level restrictions & regulations. Spatter-Cote Armor-Xtra is available packaged in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, & 275-gallon totes. Store-Cote RP-6-Xtra Rust Preventative

Store-Cote RP-6-Xtra is blend comprised of neutralized vegetable oils in heavy mineral oil designed to protect steel forms, tools, & equipment from rust & corrosion for up to 6 months. Store-Cote RP-6-Xtra does not harden or gel nor does it need to be removed before using forms since it also is able to act as a release agent. Store-Cote RP-6-Xtra does not require any special application tools/equipment since it is able to be applied using the same equipment/tools used for release agents. Form Cleaner 240 Rust Remover

Form Cleaner 240 is a water-based blend of phosphoric acid for removal of rust & concrete build-up on steel forms as well as for preparing equipment to be painted. Form Cleaner 240 also will provide some protection from rust to recently cleaned forms & equipment.
